ABOUT DR. RIVLIN

With over 25 years of experience ranging from Fortune 500 companies to non profit organizations, Dr. Rivlin helps women grow into courageous, confident, and excellent leaders. Her academic background (and one of her strongest passions) includes helping leaders excel, not only in leading people and connecting with customers, but also by nurturing happiness to create their best-selves.

A natural teacher, Dr. Rivlin built and ran a leadership accelerator for entrepreneurs and is part-time faculty of Organizational Leadership Studies at Northeastern University. Dr. Rivlin earned her doctorate in industrial & organizational psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.

In addition, Dr. Rivlin's experience building a business from the ground up and running it for nearly a decade, gives her a deep understanding of many business functions and their inter-relatedness, along with the stresses and joys of leading people.

Dr. Rivlin combines the tools of goal-setting, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and habit-building to move leaders forward, fast, making big changes in the way they lead so they - and their teams - can be more engaged, committed, creative and joyful.
